What we do
Two divisions, one company.
Most of our work is in the built environment. An agro and food division runs alongside it.
BE
Built Environment
Architecture, construction and real estate, run as one team so a project moves from first sketch to finished building without changing hands.
AF
Agro & Food
Agriculture, livestock and food packaging, the second arm of the business, focused on producing food and getting it to market well packaged.
Our signature service
Design & build, under one contract.
You deal with one company for the drawings and the construction. Design decisions are made with cost and buildability in view, and nobody hands the project over halfway.
How design & build works- 01
Brief and site visit
We listen to what you want to build, visit the site and agree the scope.
- 02
Concept design
Sketches and layouts that turn the brief into a building you can picture.
- 03
Drawings and approvals
Detailed drawings for planning approval and for the team on site.
- 04
Construction
Our team builds and supervises the works through to completion.
- 05
Handover
A finished building, handed over to you.
Projects
Homes, apartments and hospitality.
Work across Delta, Oyo, Lagos and the FCT. Each project is shown as a drawing sheet until site photographs are added.
Division AF
Agro & Food.
Our second division works in agriculture, livestock and food packaging, from the farm to a packed product ready for market.
